The Terminal at Katy Trail Celebrates Grand Opening with Premier Retail Partners
On September 17, 2024, we had the pleasure of celebrating the grand opening of The Terminal at Katy Trail with our friends, retail partners, and members of the Dallas community. It was an evening to remember as we welcomed guests to our luxury mixed-use development, where modern living meets health, wellness, beauty, and luxury.
Located in the heart of Dallas and overlooking the scenic Katy Trail, The Terminal is home to 16 expansive, luxury corner residences designed with a seamless blend of classic charm and contemporary elegance, a select few of which are available for sale. But The Terminal is more than just luxury living – it is a destination for wellness, retail and curated dining experiences.
Our premier retail partners include O2 (and Knockout Beauty), Alive and Well, Wyld Blue, and two highly anticipated restaurant concepts from Stephan Courseau’s Travis Street Hospitality: Rose Café and Le PasSage. At the grand opening, our guests enjoyed an exclusive look at these beautiful spaces and met with each of the retail and restaurant owners.
The evening was hosted in the intimate Caroline Rose Hunt Gardens, which was adorned with lush white and green florals, creating a perfect backdrop for mingling and celebration. Guests enjoyed specialty cocktails, including the Lychee Martini and Paper Plane from Rose Café, and savored delicious light bites.
We were thrilled to see so many familiar faces and new friends from the Dallas community come together for this special occasion. The event brought together our retail partners, wellness enthusiasts, and notable VIPs including Lindsay and Blake Shipp, Laurie Sands Harrison, Michael and Sarah Hsu, Brittany and Colter Van Domelen, Cayli Cavaco Reck, Liz and Michael Swail, Stephan and Daniele Courseau, Edward Geomans, Sasha and Olie Benz, Sharon Lee Clark, Sal and Christina Jafar, Suzanne Droese, Kaleta Balffer Johnson, Brant McFarlin, Justin Moon, Doniphan Moore, Leisa Street, Flauren and Jason Bender, to name a few. It was truly a celebration of the vibrant community we are building here at The Terminal.
Designed by the talented Michael Hsu Office of Architecture and developed by Capitol Peak Ventures in partnership with Laurie Sands Harrison of the Rosewood Corporation, The Terminal was built with a singular vision: to create a space where wellness, luxury, and community intersect. We are so excited to see this vision come to life, and we cannot wait to share it with everyone.
