About

Le PasSage isn’t just a restaurant; it’s a passage to a world where culinary traditions intertwine and flavors dance on your palate. Drawing inspiration from the vibrant cultures of France and Southeast Asia, our name is a playful nod to both the journey of exploration and the occasional mischief that makes life deliciously unpredictable.

Nestled within the iconic Terminal, the restaurant is a testament to the visionary design of architect, Michael Hsu, renowned for his work on esteemed establishments such as Uchi and Uchiko. Like the legendary Orient Express, our space seamlessly blends Western elegance with Asian allure, inviting guests to embark on a sensory adventure unlike any other.

Under the culinary guidance of Michelin-starred Chef Bruno Davaillon and our forthcoming Executive Chef, Le PasSage promises an elevated dining experience that is as refined as it is approachable. Our mission is to marry the bold flavors of Southeast Asia with the timeless techniques of French cuisine, creating a menu that is both innovative and comforting.

With 180 seats available seven nights a week, Le PasSage invites you to join us for a culinary journey that celebrates the beauty of diversity, the joy of exploration, and the pleasure of shared experiences.

Culinary Experience

Introducing the culinary powerhouse duo behind eagerly anticipated La PasSage, set to grace The Terminal at Katy Trail this summer: Bruno Davaillon, the visionary restaurateur behind Knox Bistro and the acclaimed Bullion, joins forces with Stephan Courseau, the innovative mind behind Travis Street Hospitality. Together, they’re crafting an unparalleled dining experience, marking the group’s fourth culinary gem alongside Le Bilboquet, Knox Bistro, and Georgie by Curtis Stone. “French and Asian cuisines have some very dynamic similarities in their cooking styles, so we are excited to bring in a Chef that has extensive experience in the space,” Davaillon says.

At Le PasSage, food is more than sustenance; it’s a celebration of flavor, culture, and craftsmanship. Our menu reflects the rich tapestry of French-Asian cuisine, expertly curated by Chef Bruno Davaillon and our talented team of chefs.

Each dish is a symphony of aromas and tastes, carefully balanced to evoke the essence of its heritage. Drawing inspiration from bustling street markets and cherished family recipes, our menu offers a diverse array of options that cater to every palate and preference.

Complement your meal with a thoughtfully curated selection of wines, sake, or craft cocktails, chosen to enhance the complex flavors of our cuisine. Whether you’re sharing a meal with loved ones or embarking on a culinary adventure solo, Le PasSage invites you to savor the magic of fusion cuisine in every unforgettable bite.

"A fantastic new addition to the Dallas dining scene. This restaurant has impressive decor. Be sure to check out the stylish bathrooms. The bluefin tuna leaves and shumai (steamed pork and shrimp dumplings) were packed with flavor, and the drinks perfectly complemented the dishes. The Shaking beef was delicious and the Gochujang roasted chicken was outstanding. Highly recommend visiting before it becomes the next hotspot and reservations are hard to come by. Definitely planning to return soon with more friends to enjoy the vibe and experience."
